Musicians between the ages of 18 and 30 can apply. Attendance for the entire period is a condition of participation.

Auditions
There will be NO live auditions or rehearsals. We will accept your application in the form of an mp3 file, preferably as a download link (Wetransfer/Dropbox or similar). Please understand that we cannot accept video files. The obligatory audition and rehearsal repertoire will be available on this page soon. The audio files should be submitted by Sun 17 November 2024 at the latest.

Participation • Costs • Notification
Successful participants will be notified at the end of December 2024 / beginning of January 2025. All costs (travel, accommodation in shared rooms with breakfast) will be covered by the Internationale Bachakademie Stuttgart. The ensemble members will receive a one-time payment of €500 for participating in the final concert with the Gaechinger Cantorey. We charge a registration fee of €25 for each application. German and/or English will be spoken in the ensemble and with the lecturers. All participants must have a good knowledge of at least one of these languages.
